Leicester-Spark Ltd no longer installs EV chargers. This page remains online for information only, because many people search for reliable guidance on home EV charging in Leicester.

Why We Don't Offer EV Charger Installations

If you need an EV charger fitted, the most cost-effective route is a large national provider such as Octopus Energy or British Gas. These companies buy hardware in bulk and recover costs via electricity tariffs and smart-charging deals, so they can advertise prices that independent electricians cannot realistically match.

We're a small, independent, NICEIC-registered business focused on full house rewires, EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) inspections, and consumer unit upgrades. Rather than compete with subsidised schemes, we provide clear guidance and point you to the providers who can deliver those prices.

National providers bulk-purchase chargers at steep discounts, install thousands per month using standardised routes, and earn back margin on electricity tariffs and long-term contracts.
